Q: What payment methods are supported by imprint2.com ?

A:For your online order at Imprint2.com, we accept the following payment methods.

• Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)

• Paypal

• money transfer

We currently accept Visa, Master, American Express and Discover. Our credit card payment system is securely backed by PayPal. Note that a Paypal account is not required when you use PayPal for credit card payments.
 
When providing credit card information, you must be a registered cardholder or obtain their permission before making a transaction. Please note that Imprint2 does not collect your credit/debit card number or personal information when you make a payment.
 
Pay with PayPal
1. With PayPal, you can send payments online quickly and securely.
2. With PayPal, you can pay with your credit card, debit card or bank account balance.
3. After submitting your order, you will be redirected to PayPal's website where you can make your payment.
 
Advantages of using PayPal:
• Payments are traceable. You can track payment status using your PayPal account.
• Payments do not require you to use a credit card online (you can transfer money directly from your bank account). Imprint2.com cannot see your credit card number (it is securely encrypted through PayPal's servers), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

Q: What is the sample and proof policy in imprint2?

A: We are happy to offer you samples to help with your purchase decision. Here’s how it works:

• IMPRINT2 will provide samples to our registered, qualified customers at our discretion.
• Samples can be ordered online through our amazing Promotions Specialists. Costs may apply.
• Once you become a customer, you can expect an increasingly lenient sample policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse free samples to any party at our discretion.

eProof – Free with Every Order

Our expertly trained designers will prepare an electronic proof of your artwork, and even make recommendations if you would like assistance. These eProofs can be emailed to you for your review and are typically sent along with your Order Acknowledgment.

Pre-production Proofs

We can actually produce an actual proof of your item with your imprint prior to running your entire order. We recommend this on all orders where time permits. Pre-production proofs typically incur an additional charge of approximately $49.99, plus the price of the item, screens and setups and can add 5-10 days to the order process as the factory needs to set up to run just one item. Please let your Promotions Specialist know if you would like a Pre-production proof.

Q:What are Shipping Guidelines and Connectivity Policies?

A: Sea Freight is great for sending large bulky consignments overseas. We offers a wide range of shipping options with services available to the door in many of our major shipping destinations, and to the port as a cost effective alternative. For information about methods and rates, please contact a sales representative for a freight estimate.

Important Notes:
* During week-long Chinese holidays, Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February) and Chinese National Day (1st October every year), services from certain suppliers and carriers may be affected, meaning that deliveries for order placed around these holidays may be delayed 2-4 days.

* Certain items are prohibited by some shipping carriers. If your order contains these items for the shipping carrier you selected, we will re-route your order via another carrier to ensure it arrives safely. This may require additional shipping time.

How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
The tracking of your parcel is online traceable. After your order is shipped out, a confirmation email with online tracking number will be sent to you. The tracking number will be valid for your check within 48 hours after you receive the email. (During Holiday Season, Orders will not be traceable when the parcels arrive in the destination country. It is because courier website will no longer update the information about shipping package. )

Customs Clearance & Import Duty
Your country may charge customs fees or take additional time to process your items through customs. We do our best to avoid any delays or additional customs fees, however, we unfortunately have no control over these delays or additional fees. Most countries do not incur any issues at customs and are delivered smoothly. Unfortunately, if your country does charge you additional fees or delay the delivery, this is out of our control.

Imprint2 usually ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid, and does not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies please contact your local customs office.

APO/FPO and PO Boxes
Most Express Shipping couriers will not deliver to Post Office (PO, APO, FPO, DPO) boxes. For more efficient delivery of your order, we advise that you not use a Post Office box when placing orders. Doing so may delay your shipment.

Policy and Terms
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from imprint2.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Q:What is the return policy in IMPRINT2?

A:Your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives differently from what you approved, please contact your Sales Representative, and we will be pleased to help address any general issues you may have with your print job.

 
Cancellation
The order is initiated and production begins immediately after you approve the Digital Artwork Proof. You can cancel at any time prior to the order going into production. However, all printed products are customized based on your specifications and once manufactured are not subject to cancellation or reduction.
 
Returns
Due to the customized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.
 
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. If you do not contact us within this time frame, we will assume that your job was satisfactory upon receipt and will be under no obligation to provide a refund or reprint.
 
Once you have contacted us, we will then have five (5) business days to determine if a reprint or refund is appropriate, or to advise you that more information is needed to process your inquiry. If we request additional information to verify an inquiry and it is not provided within a reasonable time, we will be under no obligation to provide a reprint or refund.
 
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the items and we are unable to accept returns sent C.O.D. In the case of a customer error or unauthorized return (including rejected shipments), the customer is fully responsible for both returns and reshipment.
 
Method of refund depends primarily on the method of initial payment. Credit card orders will be refunded to the same credit card of purchase.
